The H & M Duette was the original two circuit Model Railway controller.
Designed and built in Britain, to a high standard.
Robustly cased in steel, it features self-resetting thermal cutouts to provide protection from damage caused by short-circuits.
This 2 amp power supply can easily support heavy cast locomotives including Hornby Dublo three rail, as well as '0' gauge working.
Many modellers are using Duettes for N gauge
(it is not advisable to use 'half-wave' with N gauge.)

The  two uncontrolled outlets of 16v ac and 12v dc are for accessories.
The side mounted (wander plug) sockets can connect directly to additional circuit controllers (e.g. DC controllers) without the need for extra wiring.
The switchable wave and resistance buttons on each circuit can provide the best level of control for individual motors.
