12v power supply is required for this kit.
You could use this : 12 Plugtop power supply or the DC uncontrolled outlet from your Duette/Clipper/HM2000 etc.

Plastic case with removable front and rear panels
(includes feet)
Smoothflow 12v PWM module
6 X mini toggle switches
1 X DPDT mini toggle reversing switch
1 X Gaugemaster style knob
1 X Blue LED
1 X Terminal connector block ( 10-way, gives you spares positions)
1 X panel mounting power socket
(if you prefer to use your existing power supply, you could use the spare terminal block terminals)
1M (approx) solid core copper connecting wire

Labels are not included. 
This controller requires a 12v DCpower supply
This kit, even though it's simple, needs an elementary amount of  electrical knowledge to assemble.
